This Privacy Policy applies to Memorique.com (the “Site”) and all other websites owned and operated by Memorique Gifting Ltd.. The term “Memorique,” “We,” and “Us” includes Memorique Gifting Ltd.. and our affiliates and subsidiaries. The Privacy Policy explains how Memorique may:

When you receive a gift on Memorique using the Site, you will provide us with Personal Information, such as your name, DOB, phone number, email address, and shipping address. - Submit Information to the Site.

For example, when you post a review of a gift received on Memorique on the Site or refer a friend to Memorique using the Site, the Site will collect the information in your submission to the Site, including any Personal Information. If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about Memorique, we may collect your friend’s Personal Information, such as name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting them to receive a Memorique gift. We store your friend’s information in order to send this one-time email and to track the success of our referral program. - Passive Collection.
The Site collects and stores information that is generated automatically as you use it, including your preferences and anonymous usage statistics. Memorique retains Google user data obtained through Google Workspace APIs only for as long as needed to provide the services explicitly requested by you, and in compliance with applicable legal and contractual obligations.
You may request deletion of this data at any time by contacting us at [insert contact email]. Upon receiving your request, we will delete such data from our systems within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is legally required or permitted.
- Use of Google Workspace Data for AI/ML
Memorique does not use any data obtained via Google Workspace APIs to train, develop, or improve generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
Any processing involving AI/ML is performed exclusively to support the specific service being provided to you, and such processing is strictly limited to your individual data.
