We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help us sell our home in New Albany. Bob was knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process, but what truly stood out was how much he went above and beyond for us. Right before closing, we had an unexpected issue with our basement while we were out of the country. Bob stepped in without hesitation—helping however he could, coordinating access to our home for contractors throughout the week, and keeping everything moving while we were away. Even after our move to St. Louis, he has continued to stay involved and communicate with everyone as the remaining repairs and cleanup are completed. Bob truly cares about his clients well beyond the transaction. Having someone we could completely trust while managing a move from another state was invaluable. We are incredibly grateful for everything he did for us and would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!
